3 Suitcases or 1 Carry-on?

Carry-on if at all possible.

One carry-on. The way the airlines are going, they would probably lose my three suitcases. Also, I can always buy anything else I need that didn't get packed.

I would have to do all four, depending where I was off to. I do require a lot of changes of clothing. Couldn't put enough in a "carry-on".

Three suitcases. I always over pack, u never know what I will want to wear.

That depends on where I'm going and for how long. A single carry-on is good for a weekend but if I'm going more than that I generally have one suitcase to check in and one carry-on, then there is my purse and usually some sort of bag of stuff, so I guess that qualifies for two containers being carried on. But 3 suitcases????!!!! When I sent to Japan to live for 2 years I only have 2 suitcases and one of those was just for my records albums (remember it was back in 1967), the other one was for clothes. 3!!?? Who takes 3 suitcases???!!!! Unless you're Paris Hilton!

How about one suitcase. I used to only carry-on, but since the days of the liquids in a baggy, I hate carrying on. I'll sacrifice my time at the baggage claim and check-in to not have to deal with buying little baggies and travel size amenities.

Three suitcases: one for clothes, one for shoes, and one for makeup/personal care products/jewelry/bellydance costumes!

I woud never go over one suitcase and one carry on. Why would you ever need three? How much crap do you really want to deal with while you are traveling?
