Receiving answers to the QOTD!
And the other answers!
There are many things that always bring a smile to my face. A visit from my daughters. A visit from my granddaughter. An email from my niece, or my uncle or my aunt or someone else I haven't heard from in a long time. A hug from my husband (we hug a lot). Unexpected money in the mail. And when I'm the favorite answer of QOTD. :-)
Thoughts of the 2002 Playoffs and World Series... I even have a bottle opener that plays the final call of Game 7 (which I was at) with Kenny Lofton flying out weakly to Erstad... "AND THE ANAHEIM ANGELS ARE THECHAMPIONS OF BASEBALL!" Brings a smile to the face every time, just like the end of the movie The Natural brings a tear to my eye every single damn time I watch it... of course my adorable daughter brings a smile to my face every time I see her too, but that goes without saying...
Well, Friday it was when my parents flew into town to visit me for the weekend. Monday it was when my kickball team won our first ever playoff game and Tuesday it was when my aforementioned team voted me as the female team All-Star!
Babies always bring a smile to my face. even if they are poo-ing and/or crying:) i love, love, love them. even ones that belong to complete strangers! my uterus feels little pains every time i pass one in the grocery store...seriously :)
The one thing that never fails to bring a smile to my face is when my husband laughs. Not one of those little chuckles or giggles, but a full out, uncontrollable laugh. It always makes me smile and often makes me break into uncontrollable laughter as well.
Simple: my son.
My daughter. Of course, she's the one who also brings frowns, angry eyebrows, pointed index fingers, and grey hair...
The company of good friends. Oh and money. Lots of money. Tits don'thurt either.
Seeing tress blow in the wind always puts me at ease. The sound ofMatt's voice when he's impersonating people makes me laugh. Andfinding a pair of shoes that fit my chubby wide feet always makes fora good day!!
