Which do you do more often: hum or whistle?
Joanne's FAVORITE answer:
I whistle through my teeth all the time. And most of the time I don't even realize I am doing it. Unfortunately it's a crappy song like Bizmarkie's "Just A Friend" or Tone Loc's "Wild Thing." Oy vey.
Joanne's answer:
Neither - I sing. I might be singing really quietly or under my breath, but I definitely think I always sing and almost never hum or whistle. Lately, its been "Oh Marie" by Sheryl Crow.
And the other answers!
I give hummers more often... oops...misread thequestion.. i hum more often.
Whistle.
I hum more than whistle. Whistling takes too much effort.
Neither - in order to hum you have to be able to carry a tune which I can't. I also apparently do not have the anatomic capability to whistle. Nothing comes out so I am a two time loser.
I am sitting here whistling away, while this girl I just met is giving me a hummer. Oh yeah, that's it, right there, put some bass into it. Mmmmmmmmm.....I just love it when they go for the low tones....Mmmmmm Mmmmmmm. Wait, what was the question again? I think that I misunderstood you. Oh, I see. Sorry. To answer your question....whistling. Well, got to go, this girl is putting out more bass than a 20-inch sub-woofer.
Hum.
I guess hum. In fact, I was just humming along to "Boogie On Reggae Woman" by Stevie Wonder with the door open in my new office on the first day of school. What they must think of me!
Whistle.
Definitely whistle. i think [my co-worker] is going to record my bird noises soon too!
I can't whistle worth a damn. I'd have to go with humming.
