What mood are you usually in? Explain why.
Joanne's FAVORITE answer:
Annoyed. Because 6.7199999999 out of 6.72 billion people on earth are stupid. =)
Joanne's answer:
I think anyone would say that I am usually in a good mood! Social/cognitive psychologists would say that this is due to the way I am able to (rather automatically) put a positive spin on my perception of the world....e.g., when something happens that could be interpreted either positively or negatively, I will overwhelmingly perceive it to mean the positive thing. This may not always be in line with reality (and often ventures into the "hearing what I want to hear" land of denial), but it helps for maintaining a positive mood most of the time! =)
And the other answers!
My mood is usually one of happy but anticipating disaster at all times.
Not sure what mood I'm usually in. It ranges from placid to PISSED.
My mood is generally positive. I went thru a long time when I was bummed, or upset about something or lost in a fog but I decided one day that that was not happening any more. So I put The Lord in my back pocket and He guides me to be as positive as I can about things.
My moods change from day to day...................no mostlys about it. It very much depends how I am confronted at the moment and who it is and why. Actually, "MOODS CHANGE FOR REASONS" I believe. So have a GOOD moody day!
I have many moods... Bleh - when I'm writing papers; Ugh - during faculty meeting on Friday afternoon; Duh - when grading students' exams and papers; Poof - when I choose not to meet this "match" on an online dating website but he insists on meeting in person; Wtf - when I can't sleep and replying to your QOTD --I had this "tea latte" at noon the day before to stay awake for the aforementioned faculty meeting; Proud - when I *know* you're going to pick me as your FAVORITE answer tomorrow.
Reflective
Im usually in a good mood...i have a lot of things to be thankful for, so i think of that stuff and am therefore happy..that is until someone pisses me off, then it's like a scene from the incredible hulk, except in my case, the hulk sounds like he has tourettes (i can swear with the best of them)....
I am a "glass half empty" kind of girl. It usually bothers other people more than it bothers me. I found the saying I like: "The optimist proclaims that we live in the best of all possible worlds; and the pessimist fears this is true. ~James Branch Cabell, The Silver Stallion, 1926". Anyway, I only bring that up because my general mood is neutral, kind of even. It just SOUNDS a lot like doom and gloom! Yeah, I'm a laugh riot!
I'm as moody as The Mt. Everest weather pattern, people love me for my quirks its cute.
Happy. Just because.
